Who we are

Mabutho Legacy Group is the responsible party for personal information collected on this website.

What we collect

When you request a call back or a quote, we collect your name, mobile number, the service you are interested in, your preferred call time and any short message you choose to add. We do not ask you to upload identity documents or enter SARS eFiling or CIPC passwords on this website.

Why we collect it

We use it only to contact you about your request, to prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, to provide the service. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to work we do for you are kept for as long as the law requires, after which they are securely deleted.

How we protect it

Information is stored with access limited to our team, over encrypted connections.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its processing, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
